By accessing or using the Grow in the Word website, apps, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by GROW IN THE WORD in Singapore.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your Account

• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Using the Service

The Service is provided to help you study and engage with Scripture.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access data that is not intended for you.
• Do not automate excessive requests or scrape the Service.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as notes and questions). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

AI Features

Some features use AI providers to generate responses based on your input. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for how you use any information provided. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid features are billed via Stripe. Subscription terms (pricing, renewal, and cancellation) are presented at checkout and in your account settings. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers (such as Google OAuth, Stripe, and Resend). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow in the Word will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
